Our future

The Department for Communities and Local Government has entrusted the North West e-Government Group, NW Regional Centre of Excellence and Tameside MBC with some funding to carry out a review and position LeGSB to support the needs of Local Authorities and the T-Government agenda.

NWeGG has carried out an initial review of LeGSB and engaged in informal talks with the previous team. We would like to say thank-you to all who attended the stakeholder workshop at the start of summer. We are in the process of putting together a proposed model for LeGSB's future and we will be consulting with stakeholders on this throughout September.
