Any protocol or format by which information can flow across components that can be mapped onto the Local Government Standards Architecture Reference Model.

Interoperability, e.g. XML, XPDL, SOAP

Line-Of-Business, e.g. Council Tax
Devices, e.g. Browsers, Smart Cards

Any methodology that a Local Authority may use to bring about Transformation within the organisation
